1995 Civil War Silver Dollar. A mere 45,866 of these BU commemorative dollars were output almost three decades ago. Almost ten times as many were minted in proof form making this BU all the more desirable. The big silver dollar honors one hundred years of Civil War battlefield preservation with an image of a soldier sharing his canteen with a wounded comrade. This 90% silver issue remains in Brilliant Uncirculated quality.
