Designated with the letter B for the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, these crisp, Uncirculated notes feature a serial number beginning with 2008xxxxD and are housed in a colorful commemorative folder. Just 10,000 of these collector's specimens were issued and quickly sold out on the day of their release.
