Product Description
1912 Philadelphia, Denver & San Francisco Liberty Head Nickel Trio Good. For all intents and purposes, the 1912 Liberty Head nickel was the final date of the series, and though not nearly as famous or valuable as the 1913-nickel-that-wasn't-supposed-to-exist, it still has an important place in numismatics. Struck the same year the Titanic sank, the 1912 V nickel is the only date issued by both Denver and San Francisco and is also the only to wear mintmarks. San Francisco's miniscule output of just 238,000 also marked the lowest mintage of the series. You'll get one specimen from each mint in Good quality.
