SHIPPING AND HANDLING

For U.S. Orders 

  • Free Shipping: U.S. orders over $499
  • Standard: $6.95, estimated delivery in 10-14 business days*
  • Expedited: $10.95, estimated delivery in 3-5 business days*
  • Two-Day: $28 for in-stock items to contiguous U.S.; $35 for Alaska and Hawaii

*Does not include processing time.

Canadian Orders

  • $16.95, estimated delivery 3-4 weeks

International Orders

  • $30, estimated delivery 3-4 weeks

Please note: Due to credit card processing times, international orders may take 4-6 weeks to arrive. For immediate processing of your order, we recommend you use PayPal for payment.

RETURNS

We offer a 30-day, no-risk home examination period on regular purchases. Special order items have a 10 day return privilege. All items must be in unaltered condition.

 To make a return you need a Return Authorization Number. For a web order you can log into your account and find the order that includes the item(s) you would like to return. On the right side of the page below the status of the order click on Return Items? Choose the item(s) you want to return and note the reason and the action you would like taken. Once you have submitted your request you will be contacted by email with further directions.

 If the order was not placed on the website please contact ICC, either by telephone or email, to receive your Return Authorization Number. To request a Return Authorization Number:

Call 1-800-451-4463, Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm EST, or

Email at info@iccoin.org with “Return Request” in the subject line.

 To return your items:

  • Please enclose a letter in your package noting the reason for the return and stating your preference for a refund or exchange. Include your invoice number(s) and be sure to state your full name, address and telephone number.
  • Package all returns as safely as possible in a heavy duty envelope. Returns should never be sent in letter envelopes. Be sure to wrap your item(s) carefully. When possible, use original packaging. Never use tape directly on coins or cases 

Please Note:
-If you purchased a set, the entire set needs to be returned.
-ICC will not accept return of a coin if it has been removed from its certified case.
-Please return coins in unaltered condition. Never clean coins with toning or spots.
