In 1927, the Denver Mint struck just 976,000 Standing Liberty silver quarters. That figure would prove to be the third lowest mintage of the 1916-1930 series and is now considered to be a semi-key date by modern collectors. Many of these 90% silver pieces have since been lost to melts and general attrition in the last 98 years, leaving an even smaller number available in collectible condition. Good/Very Good quality.
