Product Description
This early 90% silver commemorative half dollar was issued by the state of Arkansas to celebrate the 100th anniversary of its acceptance into the Union. The souvenir coin was minted for a period of five years by the Philadelphia, Denver and San Francisco Mints, yet only 85,000 were ever struck. Its reverse depicts jugate busts of a Native American wearing a headdress and Liberty; the obverse depicts an eagle with wings spread wide. Our octogenarian specimens remain in Brilliant Uncirculated condition. Our choice of date and mint.
