Product Description
This 1898 Philadelphia specimen is from the "rare decade." Most of the key dates in the Morgan series are from the 1890s. Mintages plummeted after the repeal of the Sherman Silver Purchase Act in 1893. Even when production began to rise again numbers remained relatively low compared to earlier outputs. Many Morgans from the 1890s are prohibitively expensive, but this issue remains affordable. Just shy of mint-state About Uncirculated quality.Product Videos
