These small denomination coins were once part of standard clad U.S. proof sets. In this dazzling format, these proof coins boast far lower mintages than compared to those struck for commerce. As many 1994 and 1998 proof sets remain complete today, these specimens are a bit more challenging to find on their own, but especially so as a group.
