The U.S. Mint has struck these beautiful, one ounce .999 fine silver coins since 1986. But after 35 years, this issue will be among the last to wear the traditional heraldic eagle reverse as a design change will take place later in 2021. Only a small proportion of silver eagle coins qualify for this impressive MS-69 quality. These stunning silver dollars were among the first struck at the Mint with new dies and feature almost perfect surfaces, blazing luster and show-stopping eye appeal. Almost no scratches, bag marks or defects are present on the obverse or reverse of these issues.
