The fourth release of 2022 recognizes the formation of the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA). Congress created the TVA in 1933 to construct transmission lines to serve farms and villages that were not otherwise supplied with electricity at reasonable rates. The coin's reverse depicts a Tennessee farm with newly installed power lines lining the road. The common obverse features the Statue of Liberty and a privy mark of a stylized gear. Edge incused date and mintmark. Philadelphia and Denver pair in Brilliant Uncirculated quality.
