Regular U.S. mint sets were not issued from 1965 to 1967. The regular U.S. mint series was restored with this 1968 issue, which includes BU specimens of all circulation coins from Philadelphia (no mintmark), Denver (D mintmark) and San Francisco (S). The set's mintage was just 2.1 million.
