Included are specially minted Brilliant Uncirculated specimens of all circulation coin issues for 1977: both Philadelphia (no mintmark) and Denver (D mintmark) cents, nickels, dimes, quarters, half dollar and big Eisenhower dollars (among the last struck in the 38mm traditional size of classic U.S. dollar coins). Its 2.0 million mintage was about the same as the 1970 mint set, which retails for much more.
