This touching commemorative was issued in honor of the 10th anniversary of the dedication of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall in Washington, D.C. A close-up image of a hand reaching out toward the lengthy list of names engraved on the Wall dominates the foreground. In the background is the Washington Monument. On the reverse are three military ribbons. Only 57,290 Brilliant Uncirculated issues were struck, just a quarter of the number of Proof issues produced.
