Struck in celebration of the 100th anniversary of the Modern Olympic Games, held in Atlanta, Georgia. Shown is a powerful female tennis player about to hit the ball. The reverse design echoes the logo of the 1996 Games with a flame, torch, rings, a Greek column and a 100 to mark the significant anniversary. Almost six times as many proofs were issued; less than 16,000 were produced in Brilliant Uncirculated quality making this a tough find.
