Product Description
Morgan silver dollar mintages plunged dramatically in the 1890's, because a relatively high number was already in commerce. In 1892, just 1.0 million Morgans were issued by the principal Philadelphia Mint, whose outputs had averaged over 20 million per year in 1887-1889 and over 9 million in 1890-1891.
