Product Description
Issued annually by the U.S. Mint, these small golden-colored dollars recognize the important contributions made by Native Americans to our history. While early issues were struck for circulation, these coins are now only produced for collectors and only sold in rolls from the Mint. The new 2020 reverse celebrates the contributions of Native Alaskan and civil rights activist Elizabeth Peratrovich which helped lead to the passage of the 1945 Anti-Discrimination Law by the Alaskan territorial government. The reverse features the Tlingit Raven moiety of which Peratrovich was a member and her portrait in the background. Philadelphia mintmark, Brilliant Uncirculated quality.
