The 116-year Lincoln cent series officially ended in 2025, with production of the circulating one-cent coin ceasing after 232 years of overall US penny production. The Lincoln cent series debuted in 1909 to honor the 100th birthday of Abraham Lincoln and was in continuous production for 116 years. Our set includes one issue from each full decade of the series in circulated to Brilliant Uncirculated condition. Date and mintmark combinations will be of our choosing.
