1944 Lincoln Cent & Wartime Mercury Silver Dime XF Pair – Throughout WWII, America's metal supplies – including those intended for coinage – were diverted to the war effort. In 1944, Lincoln cents were struck using copper retrieved from casings of fired bullets and artillery shells. We've paired the shell-casing penny with a 90% silver Mercury dime that was in circulation during the war. Our choice of 1941-1945 dime based on availability.

1993 WWII Half Dollar BU – This 1993 copper-nickel half dollar commemorates the 50th anniversary of America's involvement in WWII. Shown is a large "V" for victory behind a soldier, sailor and airman with a B-17 bomber overhead. The reverse portrays a U.S. Marine recapturing a Japanese-held Pacific island. In this BU quality, 40% fewer were produced than the proof issue making it a tougher find.
