Product Description
Instead of facing retirement after 50 years of service, the beloved Lincoln Wheat cent was spruced up, emerging in 1959 with a fresh new reverse engraving. We've paired the final Wheat and first Memorial cent struck by the Denver Mint in fantastic Brilliant Uncirculated condition.
PLEASE NOTE: Some cents carry carbon spots which are flat and appear black or brown. These are not mint errors, but rather the natural oxidation of copper reacting to the environment. Such changes are expected with coins of this age.
