Collectors of both coins and stamps are always on the lookout for anomalies and varieties. These stamps are collectible due to a color-shift error. During production the printing inks were misaligned, which offset the colors. These se-tenant (a French phrase meaning "joined together") 10¢ stamps were issued in 1975 to commemorate the Centennial Convention of the American Bankers Association.
