2003, 2004 and 2005 Mint Set Trio. The size of mint sets increased after the the introduction of the State Quarters Program in 1999. In 2003, the 20-coin mint set included the year's regular issues as well as commemorative quarters and had a mintage of just over one million. In 2004 and 2005, the mint sets grew even larger; each contained 22 coins and now featured designs from the Westward Journey Nickel Series. All contain Brilliant Uncirculated specimens of the state quarters issued for the year, as well as Lincoln cents, Jefferson nickels, Roosevelt dimes, Kennedy half dollars and Sacagawea dollars.
