1995 Civil War 20-Stamp Mint Sheet: This colorful sheet of 20 different 32¢ stamps is uncirculated and still intact. Issued in 1995, these vibrant stamps honor a wide variety of participants from the Civil War. Planning for this release proved to be the most extensive effort in the history of the U.S. Postal Service to review and verify the factual accuracy of stamp subjects. Featured are Presidents, Generals, major battles, rank-and-file soldiers, women, African and Native Americans, and abolitionists. The back of each unused stamp carries information about the person or event honored.
Civil War 150th Anniversary Commemorative Set: This set commemorates the 150th anniversary of the American Civil War by combining numismatics, philately and a genuine bullet recovered from one of the conflict's numerous battlefields. Also included is a 1962 U.S. postage stamp issued to mark the centennial of the Battle of Shiloh, as well as a golden-colored 2011 U.S. quarter honoring Gettysburg National Military Park, site of the most well-known battle of the Civil War.
